OMG! You snippeted us! Awesome!
And I have the feeling, just an inkling, that Lon will be answering some stupid questions regardless of his statement.

You, ma’am, are very correct. I’ll admit, I read the whole thing last night in the bathtub (first pass page edits) and laughed several times at stupid questions!

You’ve very nearly reduced me to whining, “Is it December yet?” (Though.. the older I get, the faster time goes.. dammit all.. my parents were right yet again.)
Good job on the torture (err, I mean sneak peak) with that excellent snippet. Very much looking forward to it!!

It’s true: time flies like crazy once you pass, say, 25 or so. December will be here before you know it! (And you know I love to torture.) π

Eep! Snippet! Aw, no more rest of the sentence. I need to know what it says or else I’ll explode! π
Awww, Jupe. He’s like the biological version of a random number generator. But er, without the numbers.

Ha! Random number generator . . . that’s pretty good. And accurate!
Just for you, here’s the end of the sentence:
which, much like his personality, was eternally even-keeled.

Can’t wait. Any idea when the cover will be revealed? Is Tony Mauro doing something?
Jenn Bennett
October 18, 2012 @ 4:29 PM
Thanks, Abigail! The cover for the novella is complete. It’s, err, different? *clears throat* I mean, it’s . . . ah, yes. Well. Anywho, I’m doing some alternate promo art myself. Both should be made public on my blog in November.
However, Tony Mauro’s doing the cover for the next full-length (BINDING THE SHADOWS). It should be revealed in Dec/January, and I’m SUPER excited about the art direction given for that one.

Yay! First page and already bouncy, inquisitive Jupe (who reminds me a bit of my 3-year-old niece, heh: “What’s this? Why does it do that? Yeah, but why does it do THAT? Why not? What’s that? No, what’s THAT? Why can’t I? Why? Why? Why?”) and snarky Lon. Clearly going to be an excellent Christmas! Unless the Kindle book isn’t available for the Asia/Pacific region, as occasionally happens, in which case it could be a foul-mouthed Christmas instead. π

Hi Laura! Yes, it sounds like Jupe and your niece are cut from the same cloth, LOL!
Regarding the Kindle book being available . . . sometime soon, I hope to be able to share some good news for the future Arcadia ebooks and their availability worldwide, but until then, I think you *should* be able to get it. If not, let me know. I want your Christmas to be merry! π
