Arcadia Nominated for RT Award!
Y’all! SUMMONING THE NIGHT was nominated for an RT Book Reviews 2012 Reviewers’ Choice award: best urban fantasy novel! This is my first time nominated, and I couldn’t be more gushy and happy about it! Look at who I’m up against—Jaye Wells? Patricia Briggs? Kelley Armstrong? How did this happen? I don’t know, but I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks for making my day, RT Book Reviews!

Omg, check you out! A “looklooklook!” email from Amazon for Leashing The Tempest showed up in my email this morning too, girl, you are everywhere. Congratulations!

Really? I’m shocked about the amazon email—they don’t even have the cover up yet, LOL! (On second thought, maybe that’s a good thing, ha!) (And thank you!)

Aww, thanks so much! I’m truly happy about the nom. Though I’m sure Jupe would probably agree he deserves the exposure, I’m still grateful on his behalf, LOL! 😉

Jupe deserves all the accolades and exposure. He is hilarious and so freakin’ real. Actually all of your characters are real. I love their individuality and how they interact with one another. That’s your strong point, IMO.
I read page one of your novella and that one page exemplified why I so so so love your books. Can’t wait!

*sniffle* Thanks for the kind words! It’s my favorite thing about writing: the characters. It’s more about them than action or mystery or buttkicking. All of that’s fun, too, but I enjoy the small moments the best.

I can tell. It definitely works for me!
